We’re looking for a roommate to move into our 5 bedroom/2 bath two-floor apartment for a lease through June 2024. The available bedroom is on the basement floor and has carpet flooring. Rent is $675/month with utilities/shared expenses usually about $80/month per person.

Most of the common areas are already furnished with our furniture. If you have other furniture there is room for it however you would still need furniture for your room. Not seeking anyone that currently has a pet.

We’re a 5 minute walk to the Red Line and 10 minutes to the Brown Line if you need to commute on the L. I’m a 30 year old guy and have been in Chicago (and the apartment) since early 2017. I’m in sales and work remotely. In my free time, I’m usually in rec leagues and like to get out and about, even with as cold as Chicago winters get.

A 23 year old girl who works full time hours for the Chicago Cubs in the fan services department and with the Chicago Blackhawks doing some closing front desk shifts. In her free time, she likes to cook especially meats.

A 27 year old guy who works in marketing in the West Loop. Just moved in at the beginning of July to be closer to friends around here and is a bit of a movie buff.
