We’re a family. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment, your bathroom is semi private. No one else will shower in it, but guests will use it occasionally. Options to reduce rent are available for cleaning or childcare. Doorbell camera to be installed soon. There’s a lot of random things you can do to reduce rent, I literally have so much work it’s insane.
