Jolina's room

Unfurnished room in a 4 bedroom townhouse with bathroom shared by one other female. Great location close to restaurants, grocery stores, and 5 minutes from the 5 freeway. There’s a small yard with fireplace that backs up to the green belt so it’s very quiet. We have professional cleaners come once a month which is included.

I own the property and living here is myself, my boyfriend, and one other female roomie. We are all mid to late 20’s. We have a medium dog and cat so no other pets please. We are all full time professionals and are very laid back. We’re typically doing stuff on the weekends like hiking, exploring new restaurants, going to the dog beach, ect.
