2 b 2 b mobile home located in the country in Cato. Very quiet and peaceful. I have 3 cats. No animals allowed because of my cats. I will be painting the the bedroom and bathroom a light grey.

36 year old single female, its only me in my house and I rarely have company. I am sort of a loner and spend much of my time doing things on my own. Mostly in the outdoors. I do not tolerate drama, parties, being excessively loud nor acting like a child. I’m not here to baby sit. I am a very chill relaxed individual. My home is my sanctuary. My expectations are trust, open communication, responsibility with paying rent, respecting the house rules and entrusting you to be alone with my cats and property. Our home is surveillanced and when I am out of town we will have the close next door neighbors. I will perform a background check. This does not mean if you’ve made a mistake I’m going to count you out because I am not perfect by no means. We can have Internet hooked up no problem. I’m not a bitch I promise. I have boundaries and stand firm on who and what I want going on in my home. All smiles 😁
