To those who showed genuine interest, I am so sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner. I had some interest in the room; where they said they’d take it, then never moved in or paid. Sorry again, I’ve reactivated the add. I will say though, please, for me and the other people interested in the room; serious and genuine inquires only. Please be ready to pay at the time you acept the room. Thank you. Rent Negotiable. First floor. Long Pond Village Apartments. Very nice complex. Very quiet area. Just betwern Rotterdam and Schenectady, very short distance to Scotia. Private bedroom: semi or unfurnished, bring your own bed. Full size bed would be most comfortable, twin will give you most space, a queen will fit but I wouldnt recommend it. If you need to buy a bed we can work out something where the bed can count as rent if thats easier for you. Use what furniture I have in there (dresser, small cabinets, bookshelf, bench) or I can take it all out. The bathroom is also the laundry room so can only be semi private. The rest of the apartment is furnished and would be shared space. Complex has pool and fitness center; quiet location, great people. State park nearby for hiking, fitness and outdoor activites. Very close to bus stop. Utilities are negotiable. Rent is not a firm number either. I’m willing to work with your budget, within reason. No smoking or vaping permitted in or near buildings.

Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Really great people in every shape, color and point of view. Its great having so many diverse people in the neighborhood. I have a rescued cat that has suffered trauma with other animals and needs to be the only animal in the apartment, shes very affectionate and sweet once she gets to know you. I am a quiet and private person, very tidy. I work days and I’m in management at a shiping company. I rarely have guests over. I am also a sweetheart once I get to know you. I am a gay man, if you have any problem with that, then we wont make very good roomates. I am open to any gender as a roomate but I find from experience that it is easier for me to have a woman as a roommate; not a requirement though.
