Very nice staff and all maintenance is taken care of. Upscale, clean, friendly neighborhood. 💁‍♀️Close to major frwys, 🚗 15 minutes from beach. 🏝️🏝️There is also different size storage units you can rent if needed. Must be gainfully employed. A good attitude & sense of humor 😁works for me! We will split chores equally to keep the place clean. 🧹🧽I do love to cook 👩‍🍳as well, so that’s a bonus if you like….great food….lol. 🦞🌽🍰🍻

As for me, I’m an interior designer, and have recently started a new ECommerce website, and I sell crystals, 🔮 home decor, crystal resin art, beach resin art, 🌊 jewelry 💍 &. boho tapestries. I just turned 60 (a very young 60 mind you!) am single and date occasionally. Running my business is #1 priority though.
