The rent is for a bedroom that has hardwood floors and a large closet. The shared kitchen has a dishwasher, and there is laundry in the unfinished basement. There’s a small furnished backyard with a fire pit and room to garden. There is also a front patio and a detached garage. Utilities (electric, gas, wifi) will be shared.

A bit about us: I work for a graduate school for education and I have a hybrid schedule (2 days in the office). My son is an energetic 10-year-old who is outgoing and personable. Our dog is an adult husky/German shepherd, and unfortunately, he does not get along with dogs, cats, or other animals. We’re seeking community-minded, LGBTQ+, and family-friendly folks to share our house with. My son will be here 1/2 time - the other times, he will be with his other mom.
