The room is in the basement. It is very big and many of your belongings if needed can be stored on opposite half of basement. Comes with a couch, TV 65 inch, Firestick, Free WIFI internet unlimited, Table and access to our kitchen. You get your OWN bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. We live in the center of everything. Home Depot, Target, Kohl’s, and other major stores are nearby. Emagine Theater and many restaurants are really close by as well. Laundry room may make noise as it’s next to the room but will only run during the day. You are free to use it as well.

I am the owner of the property. I live here with my wife and son. We also have a German Shepherd who is unbelievably friendly. Will not bark. Might jump up a bit but only wants to be your friend. My wife is always home with our son. I run my own company as a The Frankfort Handyman so I can help you with anything in the room.
