Hi! My current roommate is relocating at the end of the month, and I’m looking for someone to occupy the available room. This cozy apartment is close to Downtown Stamford (2-3 min drive, 10-minute walk), Mill River Park (5-minute walk), Stamford Train Station (2-4 min drive, 10-minute walk), Target & AMC Theatres (2-3 min drive, 10-minute walk), Trader Joe’s (15 min drive), ShopRite & Stop & Shop (5-7 minute drive), and more. The spacious room comes with its own large bathroom, along with in-unit laundry and a dishwasher.

I currently share this apartment, which we moved into in June 2023, with my current roommate. She is currently working through a few challenges/issues, which have led her to seek new living arrangements.

Here’s a bit about me: I work on-site throughout the workweek, and I’m often away during the weekends; I have company over occasionally, typically once or twice a month. I also maintain a clean and organized living space and tend to keep to myself.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful (with my space/ belongings and while communicating) and is clean/tidy. As it’s an issue I am facing with my current roommate, It’s also essential that you can reliably contribute your portion of the rent, utilities, and internet.
