Josh's room

Hello! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with laundry in the unit. You would have your own bedroom and private bathroom (unfurnished). No pets, sorry. The apartment is recently remodeled, located in a gated community in Dunwoody. Amenities include gym, pool, and a Hub mailbox so Amazon packages are secure. We are a couple of blocks away from the mall, a short drive to the MARTA (about 6 min drive) near a Publix, Walmart, and Target. Very safe since the entrance is next to city hall, and cops are usually parked there.

Comunal space is kept relatively clean and would like for us to try and maintain it that way.

I’m 31, gay, mechanical engineer, and new to Georgia. I will always try to be friends with roommates; I just see it as one of the easiest ways to cohabitate, but I do know that’s not always possible.

I definitely enjoy my alone time and I’m definitely a homebody.

I work hybrid, so you might not see me half the time during the weekday. I keep the space pretty clean.
