Hello future roomie. I am a single guy in hopes to rent a room to a respectable roommate. I spend most of my time at work, doing crafts, and or in school. I have 1 small dog (who has back issues) an occasionally has accidents in the house, there isn’t much I can do about this, but wanted to be up front. He is very sweet and loving. No extra animals are allowed at this time, im sorry.

It’s important to me to find a roommate who doesn’t drink or rarely drinks and helps manage house hold chores in the common areas and pays their rent on time.

This property includes an 11x9 room, a parking space for 1 car (no extra work vehicles or guest) but there is street parking, your own bathroom, and it includes internet.

I am currently the only one living here on the property. I am looking for an individual to rent. I am open to single parents as well for this space. No couples please.
