Marc's room

This is a master bedroom, pretty good size with its own bathtub, shower and toilet. You would have full access to the house other than the other party’s rooms. There’s RV or boat parking on one side of the house if you have a boat or something that may need to be stored (additional charge). An outside shed some storage in the garage. The bedroom also has a small refrigerator in it, decent size TV, Large backyard in which you can plant in the massive planter box out in the back. There is a really nice shaded area on the left side of the house with an apple. There’s barbecue smoker all of which you can use, nice for entertaining guests.

It’s myself my mom and my girlfriend that live in the other two rooms. We all work and are not home very often, but you have full run of the house but need to buy your own food. Pay part of the utilities, etc.
