Hi, I have a great new small room available for rent in a NEW remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Richmond ,CA (1 mile from north Cerritos station ).

-The room has a monthly rent of $850. -To move in, 1st months rent, and the refundable security deposit $850 is required.

Price can be negotiated for 6 month or longer lease.

I am also very friendly and warm . The house has quick access to highways 80 and 580 and is in peaceful residential area. We are looking for a professionals ( preferably a male) working full time job, who likes being quiet, safe and very clean.The residents of two room will only share one bathroom . There will be total of just 3 residents in the house, and kitchen is shared by all. Plenty of parking right in the street right in front of the house. All utilities are included in the price. Room can be furnished. It is right next to Booker T Anderson Jr park.

We have 2 kind and quiet males living in the property. Both of us are engineers who work during the day, one of us works from home, so we need a person who is quiet and clean, we prefer people with similar interests.
