In any event that there is not parking in the driveway, there’s plenty of parking directly in front of house on the street. Plenty of storage space in a detached two car garage to store any necessary, belongings or items that would otherwise be in the storage. Optimal temperature with a brand new HVAC system with a new thermostat, controlling the temperature, keeping it cold during summer and nice and warm during winter. Close to nearby, gas station, fast food, restaurants, grocery stores. Bank is close by. Shopping is close by and restaurants are close by as well. Close by walking for exercising.

The coexisting roommates are professional, middle-aged people. Private people in private rooms. Very friendly and respectful. Very mindful of coexisting and programming with roommates. I, everybody is self-sufficient and cleaning up after themselves. Everybody plays a pivotal role in maintaining the upkeep and cleanliness of the house. Basic and standard procedures of wiping up after yourself and clean up after yourself. All other household cleaning will be done by cleaning service. Roommates respect, noise level during certain hours accommodating Individuals schedules
