Rent includes all utilities, high-speed internet and cable via Spectrum, TV w/roku box; full-size bed, dresser, computer desk, min fridge and microwave. . Renting the room to one person (no couples, families, etc.) Includes use of kitchen/dining area & laundry area. No overnight guests, parties, illegal drugs, smoking inside or pets (I have 2 kitties.) Month-to-month rental agreement w/$250 deposit, minium 3-months Will need to have proof of income/employment, good credit and references from past landlords.

I am the only occupant in the 2-bedroom condo. I’m a professional woman looking to sublet the room to quiet, clean, positive person who works outside of the home the majority of the time (professional or student/female preferred). I have 2 cats that hang out in my room or downstairs (I keep them out of the spare room)
