The house has a great furnished living and dining room. Kitchen has just been upgraded with dishwasher, microwave, and fridge with water and ice dispenser. There is a washer and dryer in an enclosed outside area. $775 includes water and trash and internet. Electric bills would be split. Lots of parking. Right next to canal and walkpath.
