Jacob's room

I just purchased this brand new house in Tullahoma, and I am looking to rent one of the bedrooms out! 10 minutes away from Motlow, and in the center of Tullahoma. There is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, so you will get your own of each.

I currently work in franklin, so Im usually not home too often. I’m very relaxed, and not strict at all with the house rules. You can treat the house like its your own. (except smoking inside. Please do that on the front or back porch.) You can eat my food, use any kitchen appliances, washing machine, furniture, as long as you pay rent, I dont mind at all.
