Angela's room

The room is a large room facing south, gets great light. Im showing pics of it empty as well as partially furnished with a brand new organic full size bed and vintage dresser which could be negotiated for use. It has a large walk in style closet and wood floors. It is an attic room next to the other bedroom I occupy. The house is old and large, and has big windows on the main floor which gets a lot of sunlight! There is a sunroom/mud room, large livingroom with open floor plan leading into the dining room. Comes with a large kitchen and tons of storage space, dishwasher, gas stove, deep farm style sink. Washer and dryer, shared bathroom with bathtub and rain shower head option and wand. Large fenced backyard and driveway. Some storage in small basement/crawlspace and shed in back for extra storage of totes etc.

I’m a 44 yr old artist and jeweler. Out of a long term relationship and have a super loving small dog that loves people. I have a studio on the main floor I work in part time on the weekends mostly, and also work part time with disabled adults outside the home. I’m looking for someone with experience loving with others, is respectful with occasional guests and cleaning. Not a party type Josie, but drinks after work, dinners or occasional brunch/potluck/friends over for game nights etc are totally cool! Communication is super important and sense of humor.
