As of right now only one person lives in the property me the owner. I work over 60 hours a week and volunteer a lot so I am barely ever home. I’m 31 no kids, I love to read, very out going but big on privacy. I’m new to Wichita and have been living here for 3 months so I don’t know many people outside of work and volunteering, and don’t have much company over if any at all. I’m quite and clean. I keep the house very clean. I travel a lot and usually hire a house sitter, so hopefully a roommate can change that. Anything else you’d like to know ask.
