Shondra's room

Renting a room in our 3 bed/2 bath home. Renter would have access to hallway bath and communal space. Centrally located to everything, short drive to UTK campus. Large deck and background, though not currently fenced. Ok with a small dog. Ok with smoker, but must smoke outside.

I’ve been in social work for over 20+ yrs. I have a 4 yr year old at home and sometimes my grands visit. But we will be respectful if your sleeping. I love music, thrifting, art, hiking, podcasts, and most always willing to try new things. I was a foster parent for many years so sharing my home comes naturally, I view it as a gift. My home is inviting, so no need to barricade in your room unless you prefer. I like a clean space, (but again there’s a preschooler here). We have a large outdoor space perfect for kids, if you have Any visiting. Also great for pets, but no fencing at this time.
