Hello! We are searching for a roommate to fill a room vacancy sometime in the month of May (more than likely late May currently) !! Ideally, we’d like for someone to sign on for the year (lease) with the opportunity to stay longer if desired. The collective cost of the unit going forward (as of today) is $2100. For this room you will be paying $700 per month.
We are in Uptown not too far from the lake and close to the Wilson red-line and purple-line stop. #36 Broadway, #78 Montrose, #81 Marine Drive, and #151 Sheridan bus stops are all within a 10- minute walk of our location! We are right by a Ross clothing emporium along with Target, Aldi, and Jewel Osco grocery stores also within a 10-minute walk from the apartment. We are close to Argyle and Buena Park with plenty of great restaurants to choose from!
$15-20 per month for electric (split three ways)
$114 Internet per month (split three ways roughly $38 total)
Water & Gas included
In unit washer and dryer spacious common area. easy going/quiet roommates - community courtyard, and Central AC/Heat. Landlord requires a credit check (usually 650 or better) and will NOT take co-signers. About the roomies

You will have two male tenants living with you myself along with another. I currently work as a teacher/daycare worker while also in graduate school and the other is a lab technician.
