• Hello! We are searching for a roommate to fill a spot starting MAY 31st (could potentially be earlier) !! Ideally, we’d like for someone to sign on for the year (lease) with the opportunity to stay longer if desired. The collective cost of the unit is $1695. For this room you will be paying $585 per month.

• We are in Uptown not too far from the lake and close to the Wilson red-line and purple-line stop. #36 Broadway, #78 Montrose, #81 Marine Drive, and #151 Sheridan bus stops are all within a 10- minute walk of our location! We are right by a Ross clothing emporium along with Target, Aldi, and Jewel Osco grocery stores also within a 10-minute walk from the apartment. We are close to Argyle and Buena Park with plenty of great restaurants to choose from!

• $17 per month for electric (split three ways roughly $51 total)

• In unit washer and dryer spacious common area great fellowship/community courtyard, and Central AC/Heat. Your potential room is the largest room in the apartment. You will have two male tenants living with you myself along with a mutual friend of mine. I currently work as a teacher/daycare worker while also in graduate school and the other does aircraft maintenance.
