About the room
Room with two separate areas. Bathroom is shared currently. The living room is shared, however we don’t use it much ourselves. There is a washer and dryer. All utilities are included in the rent. This includes internet, electricity, gas, etc.
About the roomies
Two men here (me and my husband). If you aren’t LGBTQ friendly this probably won’t be the place for you. We keep to ourselves, and aren’t loud. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat. 1 is a yellow lab and the other dog is a Blenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. The dogs mainly stay in the room with us, and aren’t in the main living areas much.
