Two furnished rooms (tiled) with its own bathroom in a four bedroom and two bath house with security cameras monitored 24 hours/ 7 days a week, with a walking distance to Fowler Grove (Winter Garden Village) Shopping Center, which has upscale restaurants (Bonefish) and retail stores such as Target, and Bell’s. It is also a walking distance to Winter Garden Hospital and emergency room. The 2 bedrooms are separated by the bathroom in the middle. The community also offers large swimming pool, club house, and tennis court. Looking for one roommate to use both rooms and the full bathroom or two friends to share the full bathroom and to split the $1500 rent. Each room has its queen bed with brand new mattress, night stand table and lamp, and closet. One room has a TV, desk with file cabinet. The other room is equipped with small two door refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. All utilities (Internet, water, garbage, security monitoring) included except electricity. Electricity will be shared. This is an ideal place for two friends that would like to have their own bedrooms and share a bathroom. Minimum of six month lease required. Need a letter from your previous rental, an employment reference, paystub, and a background check from each roommate. One month for deposit and one month in advance.

Not: No overnight visits. Cannot accept pets, sorry :(
