Looking for someone take over my room in a 3/2 house in south Austin! It’s a decent-sized room with walk-in closet and shared bathroom with 1 person

Ideally: Good rental history, respectful, tidy and chill.

Rent is $800 + utilities, with a $800 deposit. Month to month or year lease. Utilities + internet split three ways range between $60-$85

The house is located 5 minutes away from HEB and right next to Moontower and the Hive. There is a trail head to a park located in the neighborhood. Its s peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of trees.

The room can be furnished with a bed and a small dresser

You’d be living with one girl and one guy in their 30’s: Elizabeth- a creative who is currently working at home as a jeweler. She likes to roller skate, two-step and paint! (She is the homeowner) The bathroom is shared with one other person. His name is Ryan and he spends his time working away from home daily 9-4ISH, playing volleyball, kayaking, and hanging with his girlfriend. Both are amazing, chill and respectful - zero qualms!!
