September/ October move in • 6 month lease (potential opportunity to extend) • $1,300/ per month (WIFI + utilities incl.) • $1,500 refundable deposit (non-negotiable) • Proof of income/funds (6 months bank statements) • Background check

Female in her LATE 20s/early 30s • Very Clean and Tidy (I don’t like a messy or cluttered living environment, this is important) • You don’t bring the party home • You enjoy hosting the occasional dinner party • Appreciates open communication • Positive and respectful • Non-Smoker (vaping okay) • NO PETS • NO COUPLES • Enjoy’s a Netflix binge • Doesn’t invite partner’s over to stay frequently (on occasion okay)
