Misty Mountain Road

Hi, I’m currently moving from my roommates lease and I need someone to take my spot as soon as possible. Rent is 462 like posted, electric would be split with other roommate. Roommate pays more of the rent since she has a second bedroom for her work stuff when she works from home only 2 days. Roommate is preferably looking for another female. If you want internet she has it already but would be splitting that as well. Apartment has a nice gym and pool, has a pool table in the club. Theater projector room is available to rent out when it’s working. Volleyball court is near the gym and pool area. The area is very nice and quiet to live.

My roommate Sarah is very nice and respectful. She works at the college. She works during the day until 4 in the afternoon. The apartment is always clean and organized.
