Hello!

My roommate is moving out in October and I live in a 3 bedroom cottage that I’d rather not pay rent on my own. :( Rent is $780. WSG paid.

The deal I had with my roommate is we split the house up. I got the master below and he got the whole top floor.

The top floor is two bedrooms (you get both) with one small (kinda weird) bathroom. The downstairs living room and kitchen is a shared space, already furnished. The downstairs bathroom is also shared, since that’s where the washer and dryer are! Whole downstairs is furnished but you’ll get to furnish the top floor.

I’m not sure how many square feet as I’m typing this, but by the time I have inquiries I’ll have the whole floorplan available to show.

No pets. No smoking. No partiers. We have a parking space the fits three cars lol! This neighborhood and I are pretty chill, responsible and professional - so I ask the same. MAYBE 10 minutes from town, but it’s probably less. Literally 5 minutes from campus. I like to keep things relatively tidy and I ask the same.

Heya! I work full time. I don’t drink a lot or party, I’m often gone, the place if pretty peaceful. I’d prefer someone longterm rather than a student but I’m open to anyone responsible!
