New build house back in April, right next to a pond. Great neighborhood and neighbors, close to a lot of mainstream stores and 25 minutes from the city.

Room has a closet as well as dresser, shelving to put up if wanted. Bed and nightstand also.

Utilities are included expect electric that would be divided equally.

Two college age women that are gone most of the day. Both are in healthcare and enjoy being in the kitchen. They are respectful of shared spaces and keep a nice clean house.
