The room has a queen size vintage sleigh bed with a newer mattress. It also has hardwood floors, vintage dresser, night stand, tv, closet with 3 extra storage drawers. I have sheets and pillows if needed. Great stepping stone for someone that doesn’t have anything. And there is washer/dryer available too. Also allowed to use anything in the kitchen. Lots of space to lounge outside, patio and willow tree with two hammock swing chairs if you need some fresh air. I also have some gym equipment (bike, weights, pull-up bar) that you are free to use. And last but not least.. If you are ready to move on to your next destination in life I do require a 30 days written notice.

I work remote and always home during the week. But potentially will be living part time Hollister and will like to have someone living here to occupy my home when I’m not home. I have two dogs and two cats. All friendly but my German Shepherd does not like all men, prefers females. My mini doodle she is very independent and doesn’t bother anyone. Both cats are males and very friendly, they think they are dogs being the fact I bottle fed them both and raised them with dogs only.

Must be ok with animals and country living
