Bright & cheery furnished room with private bathroom available in a two-story townhome. Looking for ‘one’ reliable, working professional that works outside of the home to share my space. Please, no couples, no children and no pets.

You will be living with me, the homeowner and have access to household amenities: kitchen privledges, living room, backyard patio, laundry, fridge/freezer, etc.

This nice townhome is located in a safe & quiet community in Agoura Hills, conveniently located very close to 101 Fwy. 1800 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2.25 baths. Community pool and tennis court are just around the corner!

You will have your own room and fully private bathroom. I can add a TV and some items can be removed or added as needed. I want a professional who is reliable, respectful of others, and tidy! Must be cool, with no drama. Overnight guest stays may be considered after a reasonable period of time as a tenant, unless the situation does not work for me.

Referrals, Tenant Screening and Background Checks required, to be paid by the Applicant.

Please note that you will be living with the owner and her two cats. No additional pets will be considered.
