Currently occupied, move-in date is flexible. Split water/electric 50/50 (usually about $150 altogether that we split) internet is included in rent. Apartment in downtown abacoa right next to all of the bars and shops. Not directly above the bars or businesses (3rd floor) so it’s nice and quiet. Private bathroom and some furnishing (desk, chair, bed, TV) included unless you want me to get rid of it. There is a parking spot that I usually use but if you would really want it we could work something out. I have a cat and a dog so another animal could potentially join the crew but we would have to make sure they get along with my dog, who is very sweet but only 3 years old so still very playful. You will have to fill out some paperwork with the leasing office to officially move in, just basic info and a small fee ($50). Any other questions send me a message or come by!

I am a scientist who works at UF Scripps nearby. I work long hours on weekdays and usually just come home to eat and sleep. On weekends I hang out mostly in my room, sometimes work and usually take my dog to the beach/park. I cook a lot of my meals but will keep half of the fridge and freezer empty for you.
