Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to sign on a year long lease. Ideally I’d love to live with another woman but I’m open to all who are looking.

I live in a brand new 2 bed/ 2 bath unit, where rent is around $1600 per month. There’s in unit washing and drying, and a balcony with a great view.

I live in a building in the Little Havana neighborhood in the city of Miami. The building includes a pool, a gym, coworking spaces, parking garage and a game room. Location is less than 10 mins from Brickell and Coral Gables.

Earliest move in date is October 1st.

NOTE: You’d need to go through an application process with the building in order to be approved for the lease and there is an income requirement.
