More about pets:We have 1 dog currently, could consider another if they get along. I’m allergic to cats so not preferred.

Communal Duties: We will require you to do a house chore weekly and pay your rent and bills on time .We want everyone to be responsible for themselves and to put love into our home.

Applications requirements: The owners require background check and application. You must have 650 credit score or higher and have 3 months of pay stubs. First last and utility deposit required. Could possibly accept it in 2 payments.

Other details: Hoping for two lovely, kind, respectful, communicative, housemates. My current housemate and I found a wonderful home near Mills College in Oakland. Great neighborhood.
