Each room has a spacious closet with hangers and access to iron and ironing board.One room has its own bathroom and walk in closet. Each room is private with a keyless keypad lock upon entrance. The main hallway to each room is under a surveillance camera to insure peace of mind. Wash cloths and hand towels are provided upon request. All other areas of the upstairs and privacy fenced in yard with deck are also shared with up to 3 tenants. I have also made readily available a massage mat and workout You have full access to kitchen with coffee pot, tosteroven, air fryer, rice cooker, deep freezer, refrigerater, stove, all of cookware and, flatware available at your convenience. There is a reserve book on the kitchen bar where you may reserve the kitchen for certain times for privacy or guests. Also the BBq grill thru the sliding door on the back porch in the surrounding 6ft high privacy fenced in backyard is up for use year round. I live downstairs and work from home 3 days doing medical coding and 2 at the office. I also travel at least once a month for one of my jobs. I spend most of my free time outside in the garden or outside the home with family or friends, hiking, cycling, festivals, at the library, and classes. I love learning new things. The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes to West Knoxville, Clinton Hwy, Downtown, Market Square, Broadway and less than 5 miles to I40 and I640.
