Hello , I’m looking for tenants or tenant to take over the master bedroom . The room is in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, located in the city of Ontario ,close to the 60 freeway . The room also has its own private bathroom in bedroom and own private balcony . Washer & dryer in unit . For single occupancy 1200 and for couples I’m asking 1450 with a 500 deposit . Utilities will be included in the rent . We’re a couple looking for responsible people who pay their rent on time . Tenants will have access to mail , mini gym & pool access . Guests ok .
