I work full time and go to school full time. I rarely have any free time. I do get home a little late, so I try to go straight to room and not make noise. I do ask to have someone that is respectful of the home and furniture. It is free to add decor or other things you want! I don’t smoke but don’t care if you do, just on the patio please. I am immunocompromised so I am conscious about that. There is a cat, she is sweet but absolutely hate dogs. I’ve tried but she got too scarred by one and is terrified now. So cats ok, dogs might be if they are small.
