Chalet Court

Looking for a roommate to rent an unfurnished room to. The apartment itself is spacious…it’s a 2bd/2ba with a shared kitchen, shared guest bathroom. It’s located down the street from Busch gardens. No one else lives in the apartment. I am a drama free/CLEAN individual (I would want the same out of the other person), I do not no smoke but I don’t mind if you smoke as long as you do it OUTSIDE on the patio area. (No animals allowed, please). The room is not furnished but it does have a mounted 42 TV inch (that can be removed if you would like to use your own TV. The rent price includes wifi/water/lights (as long as there is not a significant change in the light bill, I will not require anymore for electric). I also have a gas stove. There is no washer/dryer hookup in the apartment but there is a laundry facility on site! The apartment also includes a little cinema room!

My name is Ashley I am 35yrs old, originally from Bradenton. I can be somewhat of a neat freak at times. I am also a minimalist, I do not like clutter!! I enjoy listening to music or just watching TV shows/movies. I am very much an introvert who does not like a lot of noise or drama but i do love a good laugh/conversation (i dont drink or smoke), but i still know how to have fun!!! I am a nail tech as well, so I do have clients (females) that come over from time to time to get their nails done (which may change once someone else living there, so no worries). I typically dont have any company that comes over (just cause i dont like a lot of people in and out of the house). You are welcome to have company over as long as they are respectful/drama free to the apartment and me. (Every once in a blue moon I do have family that comes down to stay the weekend, my sister and niece) I also do not have any children or pets. If there is anything else you would like to know, please feel free to ask!! (I am also big on holidays as well, Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year!!!!)
