Looking to split a 3bd/2ba with someone great! I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a year and a half - love the location, just looking for more updated features. This apartment has a smaller 3rd bedroom that would be great as a guest room/office/workout space, with each roommate having their own bedroom and private bathroom.
