R.'s room

Room is on the 2nd floor of a residential home in the suburbs. Plenty of space and you’ll have your own bathroom as well. There is office space and all bills would be included in the rent.

My partner recently passed away so it’s just me and my dog in the house and I was considering finding a nice, sane, and quiet person to potentially share it with. No cigarette smoking in the house, or heavy drug use, or parties will be happening on the premises. My dog is very very sweet but elderly and I don’t want any other animals to intrude upon her space.
