This home is located on 1 verdant acre with outdoor gardens, chickens and ducks .5 miles from downtown Los Altos. There is ample outdoor off street parking. The room is furnished with linens, double bed, desk, book shelves, lamps, etc. Monthly rent includes professional housekeeper, gardener, laundry done for you, pg&e, water, garbage, direct TV, fiber optic wi-fi. Light cooking and kitchen use, mostly microwave.

As the owner of the property I am quite busy with an unrelenting schedule. Currently there is 1 renter who works at Sprouts plus Instacart. There is 1 full time maintenance person who lives on site.
