I’m open to sharing but I’d prefer if you had your own kitchen items to use. Secured building with private access. Updated kitchen and bathroom with tile and LVP floors! The unit has lots of natural light and great views with a large balcony. There is w/d on site for your use as well.

Its super close to the 163, i8, and the i5. Right on 3rd Avenue less than 1 mile from Balboa Park and the Zoo. 10 minutes from practically everything as it’s a central San Diego location. A short 5-10 minute drive to the SD Airport, Downtown, Little Italy, Fashion Valley, Mission Valley, Ocean beach, Point Loma.

I’m 26 working in Cybersecurity. I work from home, but I’m pretty active. I love to go to the beach and go on runs with my dog - I have an Italian Greyhound named Mila (She’s a diva but you’ll love her). She is also hypoallergenic and does not shed. I’m very clean and am looking for someone else clean as well. (Not looking for any other animals as I’d like to keep the house clean)
