Darrion's room

My roommate and I will take a trip for a few months in September and want to rent our place for the winter months. It is fully furnished with two full bathrooms and free parking. We are in located in Koreatown, a very central neighborhood in Los Angeles. Grocery stores, banks, bars, and anything you need are within walking distance. It’s a fun space with lots of natural light. Perfect for creatives and influencers.

My roommate and I are full time artists who will be traveling during the winter to work on upcoming projects. We’re hoping to have three people move in during that time The third room is slightly smaller, has a blow up bed and doesn’t have a closet so that room is only $1000 per month. Our home is a qaud house so we do have neighbors who live on the top floor and next door. Everyone is pretty polite for the most part and stays to themselves.
