About the room
We are 2 young professionals looking for a third to join us in a huge 3 bed, 3.5 bath home.
The available lease start date is now through Dec 1st. The place is almost brand new (5 years old), with modern appliances and hardwood floors. Each roommate has their own floor with their own bathroom. 2 Common areas + a rooftop with a view of the city. Easy free street parking.
It’s near 12th and Spring Garden, so it’s a short walk to center city, but just far enough away that rent is substantially lower that downtown.
About the roomies
I am a chemical engineer. I like going out to bars once a week, playing tennis, exercising.
The other roommate is a postdoc in chemistry. He is into climbing (a rock climbing gym only 7 min walk away), going out, and sports.
Both clean and responsible.
