Brand new construction just a few blocks from Temple Campus, SEPTA Temple Station, and 47 Bus line for transportation convenience. Quiet and safe street with friendly neighbors. Living area will be furnished with shared study room in basement. I have a furnished or unfurnished bedroom available. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a shared 2nd floor bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor with a shared 3rd floor bathroom. I also have a full bath in the basement with the study room and laundry room.
