About the room

Immaculate, 1 year old, light and bright 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with large balcony and mountain views. Private room can be furnished (with newer furniture) or unfurnished - whichever is needed by the new roommate. Secure gated designated underground parking is available for $100 per month and can be set up via leasing office). Complex is meticulously maintained and only 1 year old. (The Gabriel). Centrally located minutes from Azusa Pacific University, Claremont College, Cal Poly Pomona, and charming historical Downtown Claremont. Secure with gorgeous property amenities. Resort style pool/spa, 2 large beautiful recreation rooms, fully equipped state of the art gym, huge office/study/reading room, gas barbecues, fire pit with seating area, nicely appointed ride share lounge, and secure mail and package delivery room. Package concierge and daily trash butler included, (Small ONE time set up fee for package concierge service per roommate). Private room and bath, inside laundry, large bright contemporary kitchen and family room. Sharing common areas with one young adult male roommate. Lease is a 1 year commitment. Split utilities (electricity, trash, and water). Utilities are very reasonable. Cable/high speed wifi is already included in the rent amount. Background check/credit check need to be clear and run through the leasing office. Tenant will be added to lease agreement when approved. Pets are not ideal but leasing office allows them for additional charge and security deposit. Currently there are no pets in the apartment. If potential new roommate has a pet, we can discuss what that might look like and new roommate would incur the expense involved by the leasing office if it is mutually decided the pet is agreeable.

About the roomies

Non smoker, responsible no drama roommate. Just prior to move in, one of the 2 roommates had a change of life plan and needs to find a replacement roommate to take over his portion of the (ends 8/31/24) lease. The remaining (currently living there) room mate is a 3rd year Bio Sciences major at Cal Poly Pomona. He is also a musician (guitarist and vocal artist). Down to earth, respectful and overall easy going personality, who likes to keep a clean, ideally conflict free, and organized home. Looking for similar traits in a roommate. The apartment is floor plan 2B if applicants want to go onto the Gabriel website and look at the floor plans and see additional photos. It is furnished in the main living area with nice newer furniture. We are attaching property photos from the website as well as a few from the actual apartment. Walls are currently painted basic soft white and window coverings are nice light filtering white fabric shades - not typical apartment blinds
