Carnival Drive

The room is large, the width of The house and is located at the back of the house, on the bottom floor. It has a decent size closet and a private entrance. The rent includes all other utilities bills, water, electric and internet. 1/2 bath located on same floor and shared shower on second floor. The rent also includes shared washer and dryer, shared kitchen and used of all kitchen supplies (pots, pans, slow cooker, dishes, silverware etc.) shared back yard and a specific parking space at the front of the house. Smoking is okay outside of the house. Looking for adult male who is responsible and not looking for a place to party. No drama please. Also could be a single dad who has kids part-time. As long as it is understood that they would be sharing the room with the parent. Room is definitely big enough. No pets allowed since we currently have 3 cats.

I own the house with my 13 year old son. Our rooms are on the second floor so we all would have privacy, other than the shared spaces. We are mainly quiet, down to earth and neat/clean but not obsessive about it. Because of my son’s school schedule we are not interested in anyone who has a revolving door of people coming and going at all times of the day or night. And also we have 3 cats, who all are nice or will run and hide. But if you are allergic then this room is not for you.
