Fe V's room

Two female roommates, looking for a temporary 3rd roommate from Oct1st 2023- to July 2024. 1 room available with shared living and bathroom space in Kailua. The house has a big yard and is 1 mile from Kailua beach and 3 blocks from Kailua town with shops and entertainment. Rent is $992 a month plus utilities. Temporary space while other roommate is traveling. Utilities of water, electric, and internet running around 120-150 extra a month. Household cleaning, supplies and yard work is to be shared.

I am a artisit and film producer, so I work long hours and in and out of house traveling to set or painting in art studio. Sociable but also keep to myself.

Other roommate works on a sailing vessel and cleaning, so both of us are in and out of house. She keeps to herself as well.

We are both single moms, but children do not live in the house permanently, but may come over for dinner or to visit. My son goes to school in Spain.

We are active ladies and enjoy outdoor activities, yoga, and the beach.

Our other roommate whose room is available is traveling for her health and wellness business on the mainland currently.
