Illuminated and expansive apartment with a beautiful view of the golf course. The kitchen has new appliances. The room that has the view is up for rent and is fully furnished, however, I can lease it unfurnished as well. The same goes for the living room, dining room, and kitchen, they are fully furnished but can be arranged to be unfurnished. You will be sharing the apartment with another roommate, however, but she doesn’t live there, she just goes every two months or so for a weekend, so the apartment is practically yours! The room has a private bathroom, a parking spot, storage space, and access to the condo’s facilities like the pool and park.

The second room is occupied by a female around 50 years old, and she’s a great roommate that you’ll barely notice as she really doesn’t live there. She needs a place to come for a weekend approximately every two months. Her room is usually closed even when she is home. Very decent, organized and proper, I’ve been living with her since 2019.
