Rent includes: electric, water, sewer, WiFi, trash service. 3 bedroom/2 bath, florida room, washer/dryer, gym, pool, large fenced yard. It’s currently furnished but can move stuff out.

40, divorced, homebody that travels for work; teenage child I have sometimes that would be the “shared” bathroom. Would mostly be yours. I have a 3 year old dog that’s a sweetheart…unless you’re another male dog, which unfortunately limits pets.
