I’m a working female looking to rent to another clean, covid conscious, employed, trustworthy, friendly, and responsible female. No smoking or pets. (Sorry, allergies!) The place is peaceful. Not really a party place but fun is welcome. If you’re looking fun, you’ll be right downtown, there’s also UNA, (you can hear Leo roar from outside in the wintertime at or around 4:30pm). There’s Wilson park with all of the Spring and Summer concerts just steps away from downtown (3 blocks away), and live music happening in 4 different directions from the place, bar, restaurants, and the famous Muscle Shoals just a short car ride away.
